拿起一个大青枣，咬了一口，脆脆的汁也挺多，但就是不甜。再咬一口，发现一个虫眼。记得小时候吃水果的时候，如果吃到一个有虫眼的，我就吓的不行，绝不肯再碰，没哭就算好的了。后来妈妈跟我说，有虫眼的水果一定很好吃，因为这是虫儿的本能咯。。。它们总挑最好的那一只咬，仔细看看那个有虫眼的水果，果然外表一流，香味十足，咬一口汁液充份，齿颊甜香。。。后来再吃到有虫眼的水果，便不再害怕，脑子竟开始嫉妒起虫儿来，“唉，为什么我看中的水果都被你咬过了。。。”
可是现在，怎么虫儿你也不会挑水果了吗？这只看起来很好吃，闻起来也不错的青枣迷惑了我这个外行，难道连你们这样的专家也中套了吗？科学发展的多厉害。。。也许你们的分辨系统也要升级了。 -

《饮食本草》，航空工业出版社。是一本家庭膳食指南，分析了很多种原料的营养功能，包括了——谷物、蔬菜、肉食篇、禽蛋与昆虫、水产、果品、饮品。。。我们家的观念一向是：药补不如食补~~哈哈，这本书对我这种对于饮食很白痴的人，真是一本圣经啊。。。
《私房汤》，珠海出版社。小小的一本，很可爱的插图，是本女子生活厨房系列，教你从喝汤中美肤养颜，补血调理。。。臭美的MM不能错过~~
《养生汤》，中国轻工业出版社。针对各种体质和各种症状的各种汤品，从头部到胸腔、腹部、四肢，各种不适症状都有相应的汤品调理，当然还有一些普通的保健汤，嘿嘿~全家适用~~
