2、不要去反复思考同一个问题，不要把所有的感情都放在一个人身上，你还有父母，有朋友。
3、不要害怕做错什么，即使错了，也不必懊恼，人生就是对对错错，何况有许多事，回头看来，对错已经无所谓了。
4、有负面情绪是正常的，但是自己一定要知道，要明白这只是生活的一小部分，在其余时间里，要尽量的让情绪平稳起来。
5、那个人，突然不联系你了，很正常;那个人，突然又联系你了，也很正常，... -

我想告诉朋友们，我没有失踪，只是隋性始然，好久没有更新了，昨天一上MSN，好多人跑来问我是不是失踪了，呵呵。向大家汇报一下情况吧！
自从辞职后，就去了云南一段时间，翻越碧罗雪山，呵呵。回忆起来是蛮有意思的，可是当时却是感觉很痛苦的咧。到了丙中洛后就是一直是阴天，天马口中四周环绕的雪山是一座也没看到，倒是渺渺的水气别有一番的风情。从丙中洛到德钦有三条路可以走，这是我们到达丙中洛才了解到的，而且有一条的线路非常完美，时间短，风景好。但是不幸的是，大雪封山，最有希望通行还是原先我们计划走的路，从迪麻洛翻越。
到达迪麻洛的当天就是一直下雨的，期望... -

恩，一年之始总要计划些什么：
今年，要多看些书，杂书或是与工作有关的都可以，少在网上闲晃些；
今年，要锻炼身体，继续瑜珈，有可能话希望可以经常去打球；
今年，要计划两次旅行，去没去过的地方吧：怒江，尼汝，老挝，越南什么的，希望周末也有些小小的旅行，在春暖花开的时候，在秋意正浓时；
今年，也许换份工作，到他的城市去，与他相依为伴；
今年，要让心态再自然一些，更乐观一些；
今年，也许认识一些新朋友；最后：今年，还要多多在这里写写东西~
